I'm Richard Muffler, and I've just earned my real estate salesperson license here in Minnesota, but this isn't my first move. My wife and I have relocated our family of six (four kids and two dogs included) across California, Oregon, and North Dakota before landing in Edina. I know firsthand what it takes to find a home in a new city with a family in tow: the school district research from a thousand miles away, the neighborhood scouting trip crammed into a weekend, the logistics of getting everyone settled at once.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade in product management and cybersecurity, most recently leading threat intelligence product strategy. That background taught me to dig into details, ask the right questions, and stay calm under a deadline. Those are skills that carry over directly to guiding a home purchase or sale.

Based in Edina, I work with buyers and sellers across the southwest metro: Bloomington, Richfield, St. Louis Park, Hopkins, Eden Prairie, and Minnetonka, with a particular focus on families relocating to the Twin Cities from out of state.
